 有一種快樂叫⋯⋯先吃了再說。每次看見午餐肉的時候我都會有這樣的感覺,明明知道熱量極高,但還是忍不住一直吃一直吃(≧∇≦)

上禮拜台風天沒出門,突然好想吃一點香口的煎炸小東西,在廚房看一看,剛好有幾罐청정원午餐肉,就來弄一份邪惡的午餐肉料理~

同樣是美味的午餐肉,但這款韓國午餐肉採用100%韓國豬肉,只用天然海鹽調味,比普通午餐肉更健康。而且今次料理用的Deli版,加入了韓國優質羅州梨,味道更清新,單吃或者配白飯都很好。

《午餐肉釀太陽蛋》Egg in the Hole with Luncheon meat

材料:

韓國清淨園優質Deli午餐肉330g x 1罐

本地農場鵪鶉蛋 x 4

清淨園午餐肉它的拉蓋設計非常好,可以輕鬆打開,不需要罐頭刀、而且不會傷手。

步驟1:將午餐肉平均切成4-6片

步驟2:用刀尖小心地在午餐肉中劃出一個個橢圓形(刀工好的朋友可以試試2-3片一起進行)

 步驟3:直接放在易潔鑊中,不用加油,用中火慢慢煎香,小心翻面後再煎

步驟4:翻面後在每個洞中打入一隻鵪鶉蛋,轉小火細煎一分鐘即成
