這是之前特別為了情人節+農曆新年而做的中式點心,"生於南國"的紅豆,一直是古代愛情和相思的代名詞,故又名"相思豆"。在情人節做成點心送給心愛的人,可能比送手工巧克力更有新鮮感喔~

除了取其意景之外,紅豆更有食療功效,可以補血、消水腫、健脾胃,尤其適合女生食用。

為了增添美感,再加點清爽的馬蹄(即荸薺),做成兩層不同色彩,好吃又漂亮。(# ̄▽ ̄#)

=紅豆馬蹄糕=
材料:
罐頭紅豆泥 X100g
馬蹄粉 X200g
馬蹄 X4-5粒
冰糖(少甜量) X300g
水(分2份) X1500ml
油 少許
做法:
1. 蒸鍋加水加熱,抹了油的糕盤備用 (我忘記塗油了,幸好用的是non-stick =P)

2. 將1000ml水加熱,煮溶冰糖成糖水

3. 用500ml冷水把馬蹄粉開成粉漿

4. 糖水煮滾後,轉小火,加入馬蹄粉漿,不停攪拌至一點點透明狀態。

5. 把半透明的漿糊分2份,一份加入馬蹄粒

一份加入紅豆泥 ^^

6. 先把馬蹄粒漿糊倒進糕盤,蒸5mins

再倒一層紅豆泥漿糊在上面,蒸15mins就完成了!

7. 取出蒸好的紅豆馬蹄糕,待它變涼後放入冰箱3小時以上,倒扣在碟子上切片享用♡

一盒馬蹄粉可以做出一大盤,除了做給心愛的人,還可以跟朋友家人分享。
